Our guarantee
If your license key does not activate and our support team cannot fix it, we will replace the key or give you a full refund. You have 30 days from your purchase date to raise a claim.
How to request a refund
- Email support@mmkeys.tech with your order number and a short description of the problem.
- Our team will help you activate first, since most activation issues are quick to solve.
- If we cannot get your key working, we will refund you to your original payment method.
Please note
Because these are digital license keys, we may be unable to refund a key that has already been successfully activated and is working as described, unless it is faulty. This does not affect your legal rights. If you are unsure whether your situation qualifies, just ask and we will treat you fairly.
How long refunds take
Approved refunds are processed promptly and usually appear on your statement within a few business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
