These terms govern your use of mmkeys.tech and your purchase of digital software licenses from MMKeys. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
About our products
MMKeys sells genuine software license keys as digital products. Each product page describes what the license includes, which devices or users it covers, and how it is delivered. Licenses are delivered electronically and are subject to the software vendor’s own license terms.
Independent reseller
MMKeys is an independent reseller. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Microsoft Corporation. Microsoft, Windows, Office, Windows Server, SQL Server, Visio, Project, and Visual Studio are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation, used here only to describe the products we sell.
Orders and pricing
All prices are shown in US dollars and include any discount displayed. We do our best to keep pricing and product details accurate. If an error occurs, we may correct it or cancel the affected order and refund you in full.
Payment and delivery
Payment is processed securely at checkout. Once your payment is confirmed, your license key is sent to the email address on your order, usually within minutes. See our Delivery Policy for details.
Using your license
Your license key is for your own use under the terms set by the software vendor. Please do not resell or share your keys. If you have any trouble activating, contact us and we will help.
Refunds
If your key does not activate and we cannot resolve it, you are covered by our money-back guarantee. Please read our Refund Policy for how this works.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for issues caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or third-party software.
